In the last 12 months, Jenson Design has worked on a Java GPS application for mobile phones, a pocket PC medical device, a multimedia hearing aid, and two MP3 players, one for a Palm and another for a mobile phone. All of these products are in the processes of shipping and can't yet be shown. As soon as possible, we'll post final product photos.


Scott worked with MediaLab South Pacific to create a series of mobile phone service concepts that were the center of a joint academic/business research and development program.
 
 
 

As VP of Product Design for Cognima, Ltd, Scott created a series of Persona and Scenarios to storyboard a range of mobile service concepts based on Cognima's replication technology. These culminated in Cogima Refresh and Cognima Safeguard products.
 
Scott was the director for DesignLab, the product design center for Symbian. He was the lead designer for Quartz, the UI platform that became the base for the Sony/Ericsson P800/P900 phones. DesignLab also produced Pearl another UI platform and ran dozens of user tests, focus groups, and field studies on numerous mobile service concepts.
 
 
 
Scott worked on the Newton team for three years, starting with the original Newton MessagePad, working up through the educational version eMate. He was the designer/programmer for many applications including Calendar, Todo, Spreadsheet and Draw.
